How long will my order take to ship out?
Each piece is made to order and therefore takes 1-2 weeks of production before it is shipped out. If a product takes any longer, it will be mentioned in the product description. Once dispatched, you will receive an email from Royal mail with your order’s tracking number. Please note depending on the country you are ordering from, you may incur customs fees.
Do you take returns?
As each product is made to order, I are unable to offer refunds. However, if there are any issues with a product you’ve purchased, please do not hesitate to contact me so we can resolve the issue.
